The value of the AmeriSus approach to home building is the process that has been built to drive projects so that they are BFC. That process is constantly improving with data from each new job added to our database and then evaluated for application on future work. This system is also applicable to new and different custom designs that have not been built by AmeriSus. Based on a home’s specific plans the Ready Build system can produce a materials list, procurement plan, construction schedule and package price. Typical reasons for builders and homeowners wanting a custom design include:
