SOCO households are the ideal demographic for most any community. They spend a lot locally which gives added support to shops in town while requiring the least amount of local infrastructure support. SOCO households don’t require added classrooms, ballparks or daycare centers. No kids = No problems. From an owner’s perspective, towns keep raising property taxes and ADU’s provide a homeowner with added revenue to help pay those taxes.
